QCC Service and Maintenance

Today’s HVAC systems are much more involved than years ago. Complicated systems require technicians that you can count on. Based on customer satisfaction surveys we have found that with the rising rates in service Quality Climate Control and its customers cannot afford to have anything but qualified technicians to handle service. Most customers surveyed said that until they started using our company they used many companies with slightly cheaper service rates but they found these companies took much longer to diagnosis, service, and fix their equipment invalidating the difference in price and then some.

At Quality Climate Control our ongoing mission is to be the end of the line in service. We vow to have your problem figured out in the first half hour (in most cases 10 minutes!) or you wont pay a dime more for diagnosis. Below are some typical rates for service and maintenance.

Service rates

• Diagnosis - $92.00 for the first half hour capped
• Service - $92.00/hr. starting after the first half hour diagnosis
• Upon client acceptance of work our technicians immediately begin working on the problem under the original half hour fee.
• Precision Tune-ups for cooling or heating are $89.95.

Service Contract rates

• Heat only - $94.95
• Includes (1) annual visit performing a 20-point Precision Tune-up
• 10% off all parts and labor in the event of a break down while under 1 year contract
• (1) Filter replacement or cleaning whichever is applicable
• Heat & A/C - $169.95
• Includes (2) annual visits performing a 20-point Precision Tune-up on both the heating and cooling systems
• 10% off all parts and labor in the event of a break down while under 1 year contract
• (2) Filter replacements or cleaning whichever is applicable
• Ancillary items
• To add items such as air cleaners, humidifiers, or water heaters to service contract call for pricing
